The day started out somewhat of a disaster… I had prepped the night before for my colonoscopy— we all know how brutal that is! Well I showed up for my appointment and was told my Dr had a family emergency and I had to reschedule. I was not a happy camper! Anyway come to find out my Dr had notified his office staff with enough time but they forgot to cancel/reschedule me! The office manager was kind and was able to get me in with another Dr that day. Had to wait a bit of course, he had his appointments that day but I was beyond grateful for him to see me at all… The staff was amazing at the endoscopy center with even one nurse checking on my mother. She’s diabetic and I was concerned about the extended stay and her blood sugars dropping. She was amazing and took her a snack! From one nurse to another — the kindness and compassion given that day towards me and my mother was so appreciated! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
First time it went by quick of course I have to come back reschedule. Hoping I'll get it right to have it completed. My experience went well with all liquid diet instructions assistantance from nurses, Doctors went well instructions provided well I understood. Keep up GREAT WORK!!!!! Thank you from Tina I D

Check in is terrible . I stood in hallway for at least an hour while peoples rides were sitting inside in waiting room. Once I got in everything was smooth as it is usually.
